Conditions of Sale
Our sales policy is strictly wholesale to the trade.
We strongly believe that consistently high quality material, reliable delivery, excellent customer service, and a superior business relationship with both our customers and suppliers are critical to long term success. We enjoy a fine reputation for doing just that. This requires that we establish certain conditions with our customers as well as our suppliers.
Willow Run Greenhouse Corp. warrants to the extent of the purchase price that all stock is sold true to name and as described within recognized trade tolerances. We give no other warranty, expressed or implied, and are not liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.
Operating hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We request that all orders be placed by 11:00 AM of the day prior to scheduled delivery.
Terms of sale are cash, certified check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX). Regular business checks are accepted after a check approval application is submitted and approved. Open accounts are available to customers who have been in business a minimum of one (1) year, have an established credit history, and whose credit application has been approved. Both out-of-state customers as well as customers in Virginia must supply their sales tax exemption number before purchasing.
Our minimum delivery is $250 in our normal delivery area. This includes free delivery if the delivery location is a regular place of business with normal business hours and the delivery is made on our scheduled delivery day. A fuel surcharge on the invoice amount is applied whenever the Dept. of Energy's Central Atlantic average diesel price is greater than $1.15 per gallon on the first of the month. We recognize that special situations may occasionally require a delivery of less than minimum. For these situations the following charges will apply:

In addition to the above, there is a $20.00 charge for delivery to a job site.
Orders picked up at Willow Run are not required to meet the minimum. We regret that we are not set up to allow customers to pick their own orders. All orders picked up by customers must be ordered four (4) hours prior to pick up.

Claims will not be considered unless we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. A 15% restocking charge will be charged if an order for either pick-up or delivery is canceled after it has been picked. Please contact one of us if you have any questions.
